Venues Rental Details & Policies:
- Rental Rate: The rental rate of $2,100 is per venue and for either of the 2 large venues.
- Rental Time Period: for a 10 hour period, 2 pm to 12 Midnight - 7 days a week Monday thru Sunday.
- Major Bonus: Rainier Room rental includes both the large indoor room and the large 3,600 sf outdoor open-air deck that can be used at the same time (if needed), day and/or night.
- Foss Hall rental includes your use of the 2 private Bride & Groom suites adjoining the venue (if needed).
- Very Large Events: You can also rent both of the venues together for a very large event, covering 2 floors, for a special rate of only $4,000.
- Free Parking Garage across the street with 2,000 spaces for you and your guests.
- Rental Contract: To book, reserve and secure a venue for a specific date you must sign a standard rental contract and pay a non-refundable booking fee.
- Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of $1,100 must be paid when reserving your venue date, using cash, check or money order only.
- Balance of Payment: The balance of your rental rate must be paid 60 days before your venue date, along with a standard security & damage deposit.
- Security & Damage Deposit: This is a refundable $500 deposit made when paying the balance of your rental fee. The deposit will be returned 15 days after the event date, if there are no damages per the rental contract.
